When comparing our fees please note that our standard approach is a specialist architects service, and we understand that this may not suit every project's needs.
We do drawings, but we also project manage the whole design process, coaching you through all the decision making, processes and approvals. This takes a lot of time, and means our fees are higher than plan drawing services.
We typically produce a greater quantity of detailed drawings than usual, with the aim to exceed current building regulations, ensure quality, and reduce cost risk during your build.
We carry out all services in house as part of our design process including heat loss and u value calculations, visualisations and bespoke construction drawings.
We usually work with clients who want to build using healthy materials, specialising in timber and wood fibre insulation, while minimising the use of plastic, concrete, and steel.
