When comparing our fees please note that our standard approach is a specialist architects service, and we understand that this may not suit every project's needs.

• We do drawings, but we also project manage the whole design process, coaching you through all the decision making, processes and approvals. This takes a lot of time, and means our fees are higher than plan drawing services.

• We typically produce a greater quantity of detailed drawings than usual, with the aim to exceed current building regulations, ensure quality, and reduce cost risk during your build.

• We carry out all services in house as part of our design process including heat loss and u value calculations, visualisations and bespoke construction drawings.

• We usually work with clients who want to build using healthy materials, specialising in timber and wood fibre insulation, while minimising the use of plastic, concrete, and steel.
